Zero enterprise onboarding

Prev Next

Purpose

AI Fabrix does not ask you to rebuild your company inside another product. Onboarding connects the enterprise you already have — identity, business roles, domains, and connected systems — instead of creating a second organizational model that drifts from reality.

Why it matters

Every enterprise platform claims onboarding is easy. In practice, onboarding usually means recreating your organization:

  • Departments and teams
  • Business units and hierarchy
  • Roles, permissions, and application owners
  • Access policies for every connected system

Then administrators repeat the same work for each new system. The result is a second version of the enterprise that immediately starts drifting away from how the business actually operates.

That continuous rebuild is one of the largest hidden costs of enterprise AI. Zero enterprise onboarding removes it as a product requirement.

How it works

Your organization already defines reality elsewhere.

  • Your identity provider knows who people are.
  • Your HR and business systems know their business roles.
  • Business roles define responsibilities.
  • Connected systems already belong to parts of the organization.

AI Fabrix connects to that reality instead of replacing it.

Identity
  → Validated Business Roles
  → Enterprise Domains
  → Connected Systems

Access is derived from existing organizational reality. Administrators are not asked to configure a parallel hierarchy inside AI Fabrix for every system.

One enterprise model

Traditional platforms create their own authorization model:

Enterprise
  → Platform configuration
  → Permissions

AI Fabrix reuses yours:

Enterprise Reality
  → AI Fabrix

There is no second organization to maintain — no duplicated departments, permissions, or ownership trees.

Connected systems join the same model

When a new system is connected, administrators do not rebuild access rules from scratch. The system becomes part of the existing enterprise model through the domains and business roles you already validate.

Connected system (example) Belongs to domain(s)
CRM Sales
ERP / finance system Finance
Document library Finance, Sales

Authorization decisions stay grounded in the same Business Roles that already exist in the organization. The platform does not invent another administration layer for each integration.

Zero onboarding in practice

For most organizations, the adoption path is:

  1. Connect your identity provider.
  2. Validate your Business Roles.
  3. Connect your enterprise systems.

That is the core loop. There are no separate user groups to invent for the platform alone, no application-specific organizational hierarchy to maintain by hand, and no one-off access matrix for every new capability.

AI Fabrix observes enterprise reality instead of recreating it.

Why this scales

Most platforms introduce another administration model. As organizations connect more systems, administration grows faster than the business itself.

AI Fabrix does the opposite. When a new capability is added — Search, Knowledge, Evidence, Reality, or Connected Systems — it reuses the same organizational model.

The enterprise is modeled once. Everything else derives from it.

Example

A regional enterprise connects Entra ID, validates Sales Manager and Finance Approver as Business Roles, then connects a CRM for sales and a document library shared by sales and finance. Role Assistants and governed capabilities inherit that same role and domain model — operators do not rebuild departments and permission trees for each system.

Business value

Instead of onboarding the enterprise into AI Fabrix, AI Fabrix connects to the enterprise customers already run. Fewer things administrators configure means fewer things can become inconsistent — and the same model scales from a handful of systems to hundreds of connected applications without a second enterprise administration layer.

Limits

Identity connection, Business Role validation, and first Connected System certification still require deliberate steps in your tenant. Zero enterprise onboarding means you do not recreate organizational hierarchy in the platform — it does not mean skip activation, governance, or certification.

Treat early identity-only or sandbox tenants as evaluation: confirm which systems, certifications, and Role Assistants are real before production traffic. Channel delivery and Role Assistant activation follow their own adopt and foundation guides after the enterprise model is connected.

Platform admin path: Installation and onboarding and Tenant activation wizard. Business role concept: Users, groups, and roles. Adoption after systems are certified: From integrations to Role Assistant.
