Implementation lead (primary)
Owns the whole path end to end: deploy, activate, first session, describe the first requirement, establish the first governed system, certify and operate the first Role Assistant, connect a channel, and test it.

Business sponsor
Needs the outcome to exist, not the runbook. Reads the Get Started overview for what "done" looks like, then describes the first requirement in business language with the Business Transformation Assistant. Exits to Adopt once the first Role Assistant is running, for roadmap and scale conversations.
Integrator
Takes over once the platform admin confirms tenant ACTIVE and the first governed system needs establishing. Starts in Developer workstation setup, then Create a Connected System. Returns to this section only for the certification steps in From integrations to Role Assistant and the integrator checklist in Operate your first Role Assistant. Stays in Build for every system after the first.
End user
Performs no Get Started steps directly. Receives a role-specific Assistant once a platform admin makes it available and a channel is connected (see Operate your first Role Assistant and Connect assistant channels). Daily work starts in conversation — see Role Assistants for what that experience looks like.
