Evidence Fabrix keeps conversation, business result, and reusable Evidence separate.
Evidence is validated, business-significant proof from governed work that the organization can reuse after certification when required. Conversation history is what people and AI discussed. A business result is what one work objective established — including completed, failed, denied, expired, waiting, or safely stopped.
AI Fabrix improves Role Assistants from Evidence — not from uncontrolled chat memory.
Why it matters
Enterprises cannot audit or trust AI that “learns” from random conversations. Regulators and operators need records of what work was done, which data was used, which decisions were allowed, and what outcomes occurred — with a clear line between a one-time answer and certified reusable proof.
Chat history may help explain the interaction. It does not by itself prove identity, authority, source, operation, or result.
How it works
Conversation history says: A user asked something.
A business result says: This objective completed, failed, denied, waited, or safely stopped.
Evidence says:
This business-significant condition was established.
This data and Business Role context applied.
This decision was allowed or required.
This outcome or exception matters for future work within its defined scope.
This pattern repeatedly affects the business.
Ask answers that only fuel the current task are not certified Evidence by themselves. Approvals that accept a proposed business change (including Evidence certification) record human authority for that proposal. Reusable Evidence follows:
Capture → Validate → Certify where required → Make available within scope
Evidence does not grant permission to act. Operational Trust decides whether it may be used in the current work.
See Human tasks, approvals, and Why.
Example
Two pipeline reviews may look similar in chat. Evidence distinguishes which used certified customer data, which capabilities ran, which recommendations were accepted, and which data gaps were found — reusable for the next review only after the organization treats those findings as certified proof when reuse is required.
Business value
Explainable learning, audit-ready records, and Role Assistant improvement grounded in real work — not transcript mining.
